Each individual piece of chicken is hand trimmed to remove all excess fat.
We slow marinate our chicken so it’s tender & juicy.
Each piece is hand breaded with our thin crisp breading, in your choice of 3 flavors (regular, western or spicy)
The chicken is fried in Sunflower Frymax ZT oil with zero cholesterol and zero saturated fats in our patented ‘HALO’ fryers.
Our unique system lets us filter the oil several times a day to remove impurities, so we’re always using the best quality oil.
